Summer is over, autumn has come, but you want to remember the warmth, sun, sea and the smiles.
I propose to do this with my delicious strawberry ice cream recipe, which will remind you of the good summer days.
Super easy to cook: bananas can be found in almost every home, and the strawberries can be frozen.
The almond oil we can cook ourselves, and then it is just a matter of combining these 3 ingredients together. Banana perfectly replaces the dairy ingredients, and the oil makes the taste full-bodied.
It can be prepared for future use and defrosted when needed. No milk and no extra additives.
Tasty, healthy, and good for our little gourmands too. Ready? Set?

We will need: (2-3 servings)
2 large, ripe bananas
5-6 strawberry berries (can be frozen)
2.5-3 tsp. of almond oil
1 / 4-1 / 3 cup of almonds or any other milk (the amount depends on the size of the banana and what kind of strawberries you have)
2 tbsp. of agave syrup or honey (optional)
Slice the banana and freeze.
Mix it with strawberries, oil and syrup in the blender. Milk is added gradually. If your strawberry is frozen, then you have to add a little more milk, if it is fresh or thawed, then a little less.
You can add strawberry slices or chocolate for decoration.
Ice cream can be eaten immediately or frozen for the future like I did.
